REVOCATION OF AL-AMEEN ISLAMIC ACTIVE PRINCIPAL PRESERVATION PLAN – IV (AIAPPP-IV) AND Al-AMEEN ISLAMIC ACTIVE ALOCATION PLAN-XI (AIACTAP XI) UNDER Al-AMEEN ISLAMIC FINANCIAL PLANNING FUND – III (AIFPF-III)

This is to inform you that UBL Fund Managers Limited has decided to revoke the Al Ameen Islamic Active Principal
Preservation Plan – IV and Al Ameen Islamic Active Allocation Plan – XI under Al Ameen Islamic Financial Planning Fund III (AIFPF-III) pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 45A of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008.
In view of above, we would like to offer you the following option(s):
Convert your Proceeds in Other Scheme(s)
Convert your invested amount in any other scheme managed by UBL Fund Managers. For your quick reference, you
may download our Fund Managers Report from website (www.alameenfunds.com) to find out the list of investment
schemes that you can consider from our product suite.
Moreover, you can also consider our Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF) which is an open ended Money Market Fund which aims to provide high liquidity and competitive returns while seeking maximum possible preservation of capital by investing in low risk and liquid Shariah Compliant instruments.
You can also opt to convert partial investment and receive the remaining in one of your designated verified bank
account available in our records.
If you wish to avail any of the above option(s), please fill out the enclosed ‘Conversion Form’ and send it to us
through any of the following means latest by September 30, 2022.
– Mail us the physical form – the mailing address is mentioned on the Conversion Transaction form.
– Submit the physical form at your nearest UBL Funds Investment Center or contact your Investment Advisor.
– Call us at 0800-26336 & give instructions.
– Email us the scan copy of the form from your registered e-mail address at CustomerCare@UBLFunds.com
In case of no response, your funds will be converted to Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF).
