 20th SOD of Al Ameen Islamic Cash Fund (AICF)
 19th SOD of UBL Money Market Fund (UMMF)
 26th SOD of UBL Liquidity Plus Fund (ULPF)
 15th SOD of UBL Cash Fund (UCF)
 16th SOD of UBL Government Securities Fund (UGSF)
 15th SOD of UBL Income Opportunity Fund (UIOF)

The above changes will be effective from February 28, 2024 & the amended constitutive documents are
