Notice for Change in Offering Document of ULPF

Unit Holders of UBL Liquidity Plus Fund (ULPF) are hereby notified that the “Management Fee” of the Fund has been changed and would now be upto 5% of gross earnings of the Fund with a minimum charge of 0.15% as mentioned in the supplementary Offering Document of the Fund.

Above change will be effective from Friday, April 10, 2020.
