Notice for Change in Offering Document of UBL Income Opportunity Fund (UIOF)

Unit Holders of UBL Income Opportunity Fund (UIOF) are hereby notified that the “Management Fee” of the Fund has been amended. The company share on gross earning is up to 10% with a minimum charge of 0.25% as mentioned in the 12th Supplementary Offering Document of the UIOF with the consent of Trustee.

Above change will be effective from Tuesday, May 11, 2021. The relevant supplementary Offering Document reflecting above change is available on the company website www.ublfunds.com.
